Service Description

Have you had previous Permanent makeup done? do you have scaring, discoloration, improper shape or the color is completely wrong? I will work with you to correct whatever issue you might be having. I have extensive training and experience in corrective permanent makeup, Color theory, skin types, and PMU removal. The process is different for every client, but we will get your brows back to looking their best. Deposit are none refundable

Cancellation Policy

Forever Beauty has a 48 hour cancellation, rescheduling, late policy. If you miss your appointment, cancel, change or are more then 10 minutes late with less than a 24 hour notice, you will be charged 50% of the overall service that was booked to your credit card. If you miss your appointment (no show) without any form of notification you will be charged 100% of the service. If a groupon was being used for the service and 24 hours notice was not given or you are a no show the groupon voucher price will be taken. Canceling or rescheduling with less than 24 hours notice is a difficult spaces to fill. By giving last minute notice or no notice at all, you prevent someone else from being able to schedule into that time slot. Showing up more then 10 mins late prevents the ability to provide a full service. By giving a deposit, you acknowledge that you have read and understand the Cancellation Policy for Forever Beauty as described above.
